SPRING CLEAN UP
De-thatch the lawn loosening dead grass and leaves giving your lawn that thick and green look for the duration of the summer. Trim any tall grass in fence lines, by buildings, and other obstacles and blow all decks, patios and paved areas. Applying an iron rich fertilizer formulated to promote deep root growth and green up the lawn.
AERATING
Lawns with compacted soils can be aerated to help restore the lawn to a healthy state while reducing the amount of watering. Aeration allows for the roots of the grass to breathe properly. This service is available in May or June or as part of our complete spring clean-up.
WEEKLY MAINTENANCE
Cut on the same day each week using commercial grade mowers with sharp blades protecting your lawn. Edging will be bi-weekly or at customer’s discretion which creates a straight and clean edge along sidewalks, driveways, providing a professionally manicured look for your property. Pertinent trimming, of all trees and obstructions will be completed weekly, as well as blowing of all decks, patios, and paved areas. Clippings can be bag at customer’s request.
FALL CLEAN UP
Remove leaves and debris from all turf areas, planting beds, rock beds, sidewalks, and driveways. All leaves and debris will be hauled off. A fall fertilizer will be applied to all turf areas at the customer’s request. This product helps to maintain root growth resulting in quicker and healthier recovery in the spring.
SCHEDULED FERTILIZER
The first application of fertilizer applied in the middle of May is usually following a spring clean-up. A final application of fertilizer formulated specifically to protect your lawn over the winter and to ensure a healthy recovery in the spring will be applied in September. Your lawn will be green and healthy all summer.
TREE/SHRUB TRIMMING
Shaping your trees and shrubs keeps looking nice and healthy. The plant will be able to grow properly and have a longer life. All debris will be cleaned up and removed
